Tap your profile picture at the bottom right, then tap Edit profile.

How to add your booking link to your Instagram bio
The bio link is the only clickable link on your Instagram profile. Patients who see a post or reel can tap it and book an appointment straight away.
You need: the Instagram app and your booking link · Time: about 2 minutes
The screens below are simplified illustrations. Button names and positions can change slightly between app versions. The ringed spot on each screen is what you tap.
Step 2
Tap Links
In Edit profile, tap the Links row (it may say "Add links").
Step 3
Choose Add external link
Choose Add external link from the list that slides up.
Step 4
Paste the link and name it
Paste your booking link in URL. Type Book Appointment as the title. Tap Done.
Step 5
Check your profile
The link now shows under your bio. Tap it once yourself to make sure the booking page opens.
Tips
- Add a line to your bio that points to the link, for example "📅 Book your visit online 👇".
- In posts and reels, write "Book from the link in our bio" in the caption.
- In Stories, use the Link sticker (tap the sticker icon, then Link) to add the booking link to a story. Add it to a Highlight so it stays on your profile.
