Introduction
Welcome to Aptly. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Aptly mobile application, website, and related services. Aptly is a healthcare platform that connects patients, clinics, hospitals, doctors, and healthcare professionals through appointment booking, live token tracking, clinic discovery, notifications, and clinic management tools. By using Aptly, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws to use Aptly. If you are using Aptly on behalf of a clinic, hospital, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Platform Services
Aptly provides digital tools including clinic discovery, appointment booking, live token updates, notifications, queue management, staff access controls, and healthcare business visibility features. Aptly acts as a technology platform and does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Appointments and Tokens
Appointments, token availability, schedules, consultation times, delays, cancellations, and queue movement are managed by the respective clinic, doctor, or healthcare provider. Estimated wait times and token progress shown in Aptly are approximate and may change. Aptly is not responsible for provider delays, cancellations, emergencies, schedule changes, or no-shows.
Healthcare Information Disclaimer
Information listed on clinic or doctor profiles, including qualifications, specialties, timings, fees, and services, may be provided by the respective healthcare provider. Users should independently verify important details where necessary. Aptly does not guarantee treatment outcomes or provider suitability.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Aptly only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload false information, interfere with system operations, impersonate others, spam users, or use the service in any way that harms Aptly or other users.
Payments and Fees
If paid services, subscriptions, promotional plans, onboarding charges, or transaction fees apply, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be shown separately. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly offered by Aptly.
Cancellations and Refunds
Patients may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation rules of the clinic or provider. Clinics may cancel or reschedule appointments due to operational reasons. Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the relevant booking policy, payment provider terms, and applicable law.
Clinic and Provider Responsibilities
Clinics, hospitals, doctors, and professionals using Aptly are responsible for maintaining accurate profiles, schedules, credentials, pricing, staff permissions, patient communications, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations. They are also responsible for how they manage queues and consultations.
