You can ask us to delete your Aptly account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how.

How to Request Deletion

Write to us from the email address or phone number registered with your Aptly account, using one of these options:

What to Include

Your full name and the registered email address or phone number, and a short message that you want your account deleted. This helps us confirm that the request comes from you.

What Happens Next

After we confirm your identity, we will delete your account and the personal data linked to it. Some information may be kept where applicable laws or required record retention make it necessary, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Clinics and Healthcare Providers

If you manage a clinic, hospital or other provider account, include the name of your organisation in the request so that we can close the correct account.
