Ways to book

Six ways to book, one system behind them

Patients can book the way that suits them. Every booking lands in the same dashboard and the same queue.

Booking channels

Book from wherever patients already are

Web app

Find clinics, labs and scanning centres and book from any browser at app.aptly.care, with nothing to install.

Mobile app

Book, follow your live token and get reminders in the Aptly Care mobile app.

The clinic's own booking page

Aptly Care sets up a dedicated web profile for each clinic or lab and links it from the clinic's Google presence, so people who find the clinic on Google can book directly.

WhatsApp link

A booking link is added to the clinic's own WhatsApp number, so patients can start a booking straight from a chat.

Phone calls

When someone phones the clinic, staff enter the booking in the Aptly Care dashboard, so phone bookings join the same queue.

QR codes and social links

Posters, standees and social profiles carry a stable link or QR code to the clinic's booking page.

Every channel feeds one booking system

No double booking, no lost calls

All channels use the same bookings, schedules and queues. A token booked on WhatsApp, in the app or by phone is counted once, so the clinic always sees one clear list and patients see one live token.

  • One authoritative booking record for every channel
  • Phone and walk-in bookings entered by staff join the same queue
  • Duplicate bookings are prevented by server-side checks

Set up for each clinic and lab

Aptly Care helps every clinic and laboratory get started: the booking profile, the WhatsApp booking link and the link from their Google presence.

  • Dedicated booking profile for the clinic or lab
  • WhatsApp booking link on the clinic's own number
  • Links from Google and social profiles
  • Dashboard for phone and walk-in bookings

Linking with Google depends on Google’s own policies and settings, so not every profile field can be synchronised automatically.
